Create your own custom patio screens using our art mesh to coordinate accent colors.
Here’s How:
- measure size of window panels and cut mesh panels (we used white mesh for these)
- roll on paint color using a 4″ foam roller, use only with a small amount of paint to avoid “clumps” in mesh
- apply two coats of paint to each side, allow for drying time in between
- attach a two sided removable tape in each corner of the panel, we also added a staple to help keep tape secure
- place on window
Translucency will change throughout the day with these panels depending on sunlight. Part 2 of this series will focus on connecting colors and accents to the deck outside these patio doors.
For those not wanting to paint, choose one of our designer mesh colors (sage green would have worked in this room) and this project could easily be done in under one hour. As the screens are easily removed, you can change easily to accent with the seasons.
