Add some colorful DIY artwork outside. We repurposed an old window frame and incorporated colors from the great room to the adjoining side deck.
So simple to do as well:
- remove glass from frame
- choose colors, small craft paints are available for outdoor use if you are using a small amount
- roll on paint using a 4″ roller, do this on floor or table with cloth underneath to absorb excess paint
- I used one piece and marked off boards separating panels and applied two coats of paint
- once paint is dry attach with staple gun to back of frame
- it is a good idea to back your art with another piece of mesh to make colors stand out better
