Refresh the look of your old garden shed with some paint and a feature art piece. Our farm’s garden shed was once painted a barn red and now is updated with white and forest green accents.
Surrounded by beautiful trees, the colors compliment the natural greenery surrounding the property.
The vertical green accent stripe was added for color and to mimic the accent on the large equipment shed.
The circular art pieces were made by attaching white project mesh inserts into frames purchased at Re-Store that were painted green. These could be left as is, or painted with abstract leaves from our “Cactus Stencil”.
The awnings (purchased at a garage sale) were stored for years and finally put to use. The green accent is repeated to tie in the colors on the other buildings and add an accent to the plain white. I now wish I had bought more of the circular rings, three more grouped together on this building would have been perfect!
